Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If any shipping damage or manufacturing defects are detected upon receiving the item, please notify us right away via the contact form or email us at email@example.com with a detailed description and photos of the damage attached.
Photos of all damages or defects are required in order for us to issue a refund or replacement. If you cannot provide photos of the damages and/or defects, we cannot process a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will issue a full refund for items that arrived damaged or with a defect and were returned within 7 days frame. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
